Probably a much smaller dilution, and a couple of million in drilling cash kicked in pre-deal by Zeta shareholders. That is what I would be after.

Ps - Odd also that COE didn't tag the KEY code on their release on Friday given the vote closed in a couple of hours. Apparently cross-code referencing is done by the releasing company.
