    The report shows that my reasons for exiting CER were sound. A good business spoilt by trying to resusitate a dead horse in the form or CNP. It proves, in my opinion, that CNP has used CER as a milking cow over a long period of time with excessive management fees. Over a long period the board has put the interests of CNP ahead of the interests of CER.

    In saying that I too have "milked" the SP of both CNP and CER over that time and done very well from holding both. I still believe that the SP of CER had the potential to reach $1. HAD being the right word under the circumstances. I began to lose faith when they saw fit not to pay a dividend this year but rather to direct profits to the "save CNP" fund.

    I have been waiting to see the report and decide if it was reasonable to re-enter. I can see nothing in the report that would encourage me in that direction. DYOR I may be wrong, often am.
