Key goes ahead with the vote as is. From seeing the arrogance of this company I see this as the most likely outcome.

Key defers the vote to give time for shareholders to review this farmin agreement. Keep in mind that the Zeta deal expires on 30/9/11.

Key cancels the deal on the basis of the farmin agreement not being acceptable to the company. The most appropriate option given that even before this farmin agreement the Zeta deal was deemed to be unfair to existing shareholders according to the independent report.
