re: Ann: NSW Mineral Exploration and Investme... Good post 5H. Certainly the convolutions in the ASL/BMG saga are complex and being dragged out by the courts. I do scratch my head over a couple of things. If Hillam was so broke he needed to 'borrow' company money to pay for his home unit, who the hell is paying the millions involved in this court case? Has he other backing from another source that will become apparent? Something doesn't sit right about that part of things.
My second observation is this. As I've said before if you think Nick has been sitting around doing nothing while the BMG saga has been going on you should sell out of this company and never look back.
If you believe that Nick is a good CEO who works hard really is trying deliver value for shareholders then you ought buy it with your ears laid back.

Simple really.
