    a good place to get chinese coal prices is http://en.sxcoal.com/

    or bloomberg for the port index prices (McCloskeys) http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/quote?ticker=CLSPCHQI:IND

    but there's a big difference in port prices to the "inner mongolia" price

    search http://en.sxcoal.com/ for "inner mongolia coal price"

    this inner mongolia price of round 410-440yuan for high cal coal, and is closer to the approx $60 per tonne numbers you here in the presentations
