KEY does not need a deal of this size right now, the dilution to shareholders is extraordinary. If they really want to make progress, they need to sell some assets and drill UK. This will reduce their huge admin costs, and increase their inward cashflow. Nyuni#2 is interesting, what happens if we get a gas discovery before we vote?
