It seems amazingly unsubtle of LCE to be selling the shares at this time. I see that their largest announced sale was on August 2nd and they have to be supplied with the PSH documents by August 22nd so I assume they did not have them at the time of the sale.
While I certainly still have Penrice on my watchlist I am not sorry to be out of them at this time. I see that glass manufacturers are having one of their worst periods ever and companies in this sector don't seem to have got much support in regard to the carbon tax.
In terms of whether Penrice survive or not, you certainly appear to be winning our debate at this time.
