Excellent research Trombone and El Capo, exactly what we needed at Chalice, and thanks for the effort. Brilliant.

My apologies for any inappropriate tone that I may have used in previous posts.

You make a great point El Capo, because I had not looked at Nevsun's share price, so I am glad someone did. From an investor point of view, Nevsun's share price has continued to climb, obviously because it is mining gold in Eritrea, lots of gold, over 1000 ounces a day I believe, and with the current gold price so high, it is actually making vault loads of money - and this is what the future promises for Chalice.

As most people know who research gold, Chalice has some of the highest gold grades in the world, and because of this, the Eritrean government want to see Chalice produce the gold as quickly as possible, so there will be no problems or delays with permitting.

You guys have highlighted what Hot Copper does best, someone like myself does research that highlights some potential or problematic issues (or at least, issues for discussion), and in return, other very good researchers like yourselves, actually bring up new information, and shed new light both on the stock and the gold mining projects. This is excellent.

Personally, I think this is what HC should be, and the sought of discussion that should be had within stock forums, which is more like those that are occurring in paid forums.

Anyone now wanting to invest in Chalice, I think, has more good objective information to base their decisions on than most other stocks.

Because of your quality, it also makes me inquisitive about your opinions on other issues, opinions I respect.

For instance, I would like to hear both of your opinions on the following 2 points.

    1. Tim spoke to the media in 2010 and said that Chalice hoped to receive between $40 million and $60 million from the Eritrean government for ENAMCO's participation. As we know, Chalice received a little over $30 million. Do you think Chalice may have inflated the price in the hope of actually receiving around $30 million, or that we probably received $20 million less than we should have. I have asked Chalice a number of times, but will not get a response to this question. My impression at the time was that the market thought we received too little, and so the stock was marginally sold down at the time of the announcement. The numbers from the finance and resource statements (and quarterlies) would tend to suggest Tim was right on the money expecting nearer to $45 million.

    2. I have emailed the company a couple of times now, asking them why they think Chalice were denied the 5 additional exploration leases they have applied for, and who actually won the leases, but I have given up, it does not look like they are going to reply. Do either of you guys know the answers?

I have also emailed the company asking them to please keep shareholders informed, in a timely manner, of any payments made to the company by ENAMCO.

Have you guys ever received supportive, detailed, informative replies from Chalice to shareholder email enquiries?

My sentiment on Chalice still remains buy, this is a gold stock with great potential that should double in share price IMHO over the next year.

    Cheers

    Gw
