It gives AHE a monopoly with some of the manufacturers, so I think it could work very well. They only paid $4m over assets, so it could be incredily fruitful to the bottom line.
I'm guessing they will smash up the current way the auto parts do business and fold them into their dealerships. Brontie Howson (AHE) is a hard nose and he will crack heads to make it work.
Just with the tie-up arrangement.
