from pg 8 of the 24/6 announcement, says the open pit mine stopped operating. That diagram indicated the open pit mine belongs to Peabody. Like to know why they stopped mining. They won't have stopped it because it is lignite, because even lignite is very profitable with that sort of seam thickness.
I would wait for the coal quality assessment before topping up because whilst others shy away from lignite, it is still very profitable - it is all in the bottom line.
