    That's a real problem, David. General sentiment isn't strong at the moment, and many CAP holders are surly nervous and certainly many would be feeling very disheartened at the moment; it wouldn't take much to spook them. One big sell could easily trigger more selling. I can't see many buyers lining up in the absence of news.

    An announcement saying funding was secured and things were moving forward would probably send CAP flying, but it could just as easily sink if that doesn't happen soon enough. If CAP does jump down to 20c I'd be very inclined to jump in on the hope of a takeover, or at least an 'apparently dead cat bounce'. I think everyone would admit that it's less than likely we're going to get the big green light announcement in the near future.

    Some good news might come from one of the smaller projects, but I'm not sure that would do much.
