internet without the use of a credit card. Bill Express, in providing the capability to distribute
and authorise a prepaid micro payment transaction, is believed to be the first company to
provide this leading edge service to the Australian market.
Bill Express has provided the distribution of value and the management of the transaction
authorisation process for the recently launched speciality website
www.musicandgames.com.au. The prepaid service allows consumers to purchase music
and games safely, securely and conveniently without the need for a credit card.
This micro-payments capability created by Bill Express opens up the world of Internet
shopping to the people who don’t have credit cards and those people who do not shop on
the internet due to security fears.

The website is the result of an agreement between Harvey Norman Limited (ASX: HVN) and
Destra Corporation Limited (ASX: DES), Australia’s leading Digital Rights Management
(DRM) provider.
