    I suspect that they are favouring the big players and dont think LRL has much of a chance.
    (I wonder what happened to the first lease they said had been granted?)

    The commercial discussions on the Chinese Thermal coal company with the exploration leases must surely be close to completion or have failed.

    Perhaps something from left field might suprise the market.
