In fact they propose giving him $900k and $3,000,000 shares (average price of 37 cents) so lets say $1.27Mil over the next 3 years for getting the price back to where it was 5 months ago.
I must be missing something - in fact I would be ecstatic if someone could point out where I have gone wrong.!
