Yes I was wondering the same thing tthace, whether BPT is keeping the cards close to their chest until this court case is finalised. Also, as shale gas is a new process/concept, maybe the market is a little more cautious and that might be holding the SP down. Maybe the market wants to see concrete results before buying into the stock.
