Yes, I agree "strong management is needed to ensure success" and that is exactly what has been displayed here IMO.
Let's say ( for argument's sake) that Hemisphere Corporate Services Pty Ltd was in fact stretched with the personnel available to attend to ROS matters and unable to meet the timely needs of ROS management. What say the location, communication and office staff support required and location (Perth) simply did not fulfil the current and rapidly growing needs of a Kazakhstan based company that needs work done now? The frustration of communication over distance with the inability to have constructive face to face meetings and the inability to get work done would simply compound the problems.
If this were the case, would it not show "strength" in management to initiate the changes needed for company progress?........... progress "needed to ensure success"?
Let's not forget, Hemisphere Corporate Services Pty Ltd were not employees of the company, they were "contractors" only.
Getting a dedicated office established in Kazakhstan is a great strategic move IMO.
You can all draw your own conclusions - positive or negative. The general human tendency is to gravitate to the negative. After all, it is negatives that dominate newspaper content and Television news.... on share trading forums it is (apparently) no different! I am expressing what might be an alternative, give some perspective and a balanced view. If that process incites comments or opinions (constructive or destructive) then I take that as a win for us all.
On the wording of the latest announcement, how many have read any company announcements involving changes in board / management where the company NOT offered the departing, 'thanks' and 'wished them well in the future'? It appears to be standard practice for this type of announcement to (if need be) smooth things over, tuck the dirty washing away and move on. Personally I don't agree with type of glossing over. I'd rather really know why the change. But I understand why this is the preferrd wording associated with a 'departure'.
On my recent statement that Akjilga grades are in multiple kilos / tonne (>4kg/t) rather than grams/tonne, I make no apologies for them appearing to be excessive........they are excessive!... and I'm sticking to it. Hang me out to dry if this is not established when grades are finally announced.
Here is an article excerpt stating a resource grade of 2.2 kg/t Ag.
"Anglotajik Minerals, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AJKM) Research compiled by Tajikgeology and released to the Anglotajik Dushanbe office, indicate extensive exploration activity within the Akjilga Deposit, commencing as early as 1955. This Soviet (Pamir Expedition) documentation identified 5 separate areas of interest within the Akjilga area. All deposit zones indicated mapping, trenching, and diamond drilling to adit access and drifting along strike. A summary of this data supplied indicates "inferred reserves" of 815,900 tonnes of ore grading 2.2 kg/t Ag. (Silver). Additional and significant grades of Copper and Bismuth were also indicated. The Pamir Expedition documents indicate over 13000 meters laterally, extending 30 to 40 meters below surface."

....... and here,
"The Soviet resource for the Akjilga Project was estimated at 988,300t at an average grade of 2,114 g/t silver, 0.71% copper and 0.78% antimony. A number of high grade veins, of 0.5 to 2.0m in width, were explored by two adits and associated drives."

Now, to the few of you who take exception to my posts & consider them "childish" and lacking in content or disagree with "my way" of posting, you have an option..........don't read them! In fact HotCopper makes it easy for you to 'ignore' posts if so directed, so if you want, simply delete me from all posts automatically. It's got me beat why you would bother posting on any forum that you had no financial interest in, unless you had a obscure personal axe to grind.
I can assure you there is more basis to my (unverified) postings than some of you think. If you can't read between the lines and / or do your own homework, not my problem! In all fairness, if I can't or won't verify my claims or suggestions then you have every right to ignore them as nothing but ramping scuttle buck. Your choice. Most often I quote the reference made to statements where possible.
If you have no financial investment in ROS, I have no reason, want or obligation to respond to any comment (or personal slanging) you might direct my way.
I remain totally supportive of management and their commitment and ability to increase company and shareholder value.
