My main concern with the 1bt limit is why have it in the first place,you have a lease over a plot of land to mine minerals and some one ties them up? royalties are paid per ton. It's a bit like buying a 5 seat car but only being allowed to use the front seats?

Just trying to work out why anyone would sign up to this,does anyone know where something like this has been done before? do they always put limits on how much you can mine?
