Yeah NAV's troubles are the deciding factor on KRE SP at the moment. I personally don't believe NAV will go into receivership so am not worried about this. I'm really just waiting for the financial year to end, after this i'd expect things to start picking up. KRE really doesnt share any problems with NAV, KRE are cashed up right now, but there shareprice doesnt reflect this, its currently below there cash at bank share price (which is pretty amazing, they have 17m in the bank and there market cap is less than 17m!)
NAV have the remaining 75% stake of cummins range, id be more interested in what will happen to that if NAV go belly up. KRE had attempted to increase its stake in the range but was rejected by the ASX. I'd suggest if it tried again, we'd get it on the cheap!
