The fundamentals are that the US dollar remains trash and in terminal decline. So any trend change will only be temporary and will destroy US dollar bulls imo.

Look at the latest economic news from the USA. It's a basket case. Why do you think the US Government released oil from its stockpiles - oil that is meant to be used only in a national emergency?

The Fed will be keeping interest rates close to zero indefinitely. It's only a matter of "when" NOT "if" a form of QE3 starts imo.
