Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder , page-2

I bought a small holding after this announcement. It seems pretty obvious that Somerley Group's selling (overhang)was holding back the sp and then they were taken out completely by some unknown.

This is an extremely tightly held stock and for obvious reasons. It won't take much to get this to a dollar plus.

General market conditions are holding back CMC now. An announcement must be due shortly on a status update. My whispers are that everything is on track and hence the takeout of Somerley Group's holding.
