Seems to be more of a bargain following last Thursday's AFR article saying Defence Plaza is now on the market for $100m (last valued 31/12/10 at 67m).
However Trust seems generally uncommunicative - would be helpful if they either confirmed or denied Defence Plaza is on the market and, now call is paid, advising what the distributions are going to be, starting with this 30 June.
