Bitzer I can assure I will sell at a time of my choosing. And have bought and sold many times over the years.
Yes there is opportunity, management has devalued the company to its current levels and the current price does represent value.
Can mangement deliver the value, I have my doubts. Will someone buy it? Maybe thats their best chance if they dont start sticking some drills into their leases. Just what is the forward drilling plan. Do they have one?
No they have been on hiatus because they though they could sell the company. Guess what - failed. Time to get back to business not this wishy washy buyback crap. They are an oil producing and exploration company, they have shown they cant cut it in the financial market. Failed deals, buybacks followed by cap raising, loans and hedges that saw us miss exposure to high oil prices, suspension from trading for months.
I wonder if these guys could get lucky in a brothel with a fistful of fifties.
Id be more than happy to change my view on management if some one can show me why? What are some good things they have done? what are the achievements they can list on their resume when they go to the next job otherthan their position titles?
P.S
Its been a while since I had my last spew on these guys and feel much better now. Till next time
