To be frank this is a risky proposition for traders. There is a good chance that the offer will be rejected and it is highly likely that this would precipitate falls in the SP.
Alternatively the offer could be increased (whihc would provide traders an exit) but it is unlikely it will be to a level that would persuade the hard core CSAG that it represented value.
The difficulty is reconciling the desire of the founding shareholders to cash out with those shareholders who want to continue the journey.
Interesting to watch and I am doing so on the sidelines. Wont hesitate to get back in if value emerges.
