Well considering it's looking highly like there'll be a SPP or some sort at 3c, I don't see the recent fall as surprising.

There is a view on this site that they will do a full private funding arrangement scheme but I can't see how lenders would lend against zero equity. Cash balances for AMG were near negligible the last time I checked.

I think it's possible they might be able to secure an underwritten SPP at 4c or higher but I wouldn't count on it.
