Nice to see you again in another Forum. It was a long time ago that we were exchanging ideas.

As for your comment: This return of capital is a poor strategy and perhaps explains why the stock remains significantly under-valued?
The cash should have been re-invested in another acquisition in my opinion.

Although I would have to agree with you to a certain extent, one has to remember though, that with all that cash in the bank, other mining ventures that we own and are involved with, and The low sp that we are experiencing at the present moment, we would become cheap fodder for a bird of prey to finish the job on us.

For even if we were to get the usual maximum premium of 40% on the current sp value, we wouldn't be getting anywhere near our true worth.
