The following was presented in our Feb 24 Ann - before Allied's target stmt so I'm still a little perplexed on this one issue?

Allied major shareholder Avexa Ltd agrees to sell 19.9% to bioMD

"Avexa Limited (Avexa) has agreed to irrevocably accept the offer in respect of 2,580,000 Allied shares. This will provide bioMD with 19.9% of the issued capital in Allied.

If Avexa are indeed still a major s/holder they might prove well worth also holding imo.
