1. The wording IVA has used "obtaining maximum value for shareholders" indicates to me that they are interested in increasing the sale price of 175m in some manner (threatening to purchase, brinkmanship, negotiation, purchase etc).
If they are not trying to raise the price, then they should confine the description to "ensuring shareholders receive the maximum possible dividend return" -which in no way increases value shareholder value as I see it.
Perhaps their wording just trying to cover up their grab for cash. It's now obvious that they will not be successful if they try to oppose the vote.
2. Just because IVA said they are not in negotiations to takeover EXS NOW doesn't mean they won't be in negotiations next week. It also doesn't mean that they have not discussed possible purchase of the Cloncurry assets.
Bit of a pull-back after the non-announcements, just picked up another 44,000 and think I will hold all until the vote. Money for jam.
