My understanding is, that these figures quoted here are based on original findings / estimates from initial Russian exploration.
I also understand that Russian explorers are required to pay tax on the 'estimated' resources, prior to mining and realising a sale. That being the case these figures provided ( for tax purposes) are genrally low to very low..... way below the actual quantified resource / value. The low reserve 'estimates' allows the explorer (I would imagine) to save on the initial tax impost yet provide figures that are 'reasonable' to promote for further investment opportunities prior to realising the 'real' benefits.
The ultimate disclosure of the JORC resources undertaken on the Yellowstone project by ROS, are bound to be significantly higher than any Russian quoted figures. ............ that is as I see it!
