Whichever way I look at it, EXS is in a great position.

If the media reports no basis the sale will proceed (IVA can't stop it anyway).

IVA talk of ensuring maximum value for shareholders for this asset ...as I see it the only way they could do that is to make an offer for the Cloncurry assets themselves and then either sit on them; offer them at a higher price or develop them. Perhaps deliver ore to Xtrata for processing ...who knows?

Great ann. from EXS too -return to shareholders will maximise tax benefit and look at company needs.

Full steam ahead IMHO.
