So CQO plans to sell off US at above book value, and return capital released.
On feb2011 report, nta applicable to US was $1.52.
Am I correct in assuming a capital return should therefore be a bit north of 1.52 per unit?
Orange obviously think they can get a higher price for the US properties,wonder how much higher?

Nice to see a bit of action around this old dog, hope one or other gets around to selling soon, a bit nervous about the US.
