Sorry I can't help you there. For,

1) I really don't know, and
2) I wouldn't have the time to attend those courses if there were any available.

Finally I am a bean counter and a number man, and I mostly look at what I believe is a safe investment to park my long term money upon.

I also look at the Management, their capabilities, their actions upon their investors, their ongoing announcement releases, (I DO NOT LIKE SILENCE), and most importantly the way they can run the company without having the needs to keep working the share press overtime in order to keep the finances up. I do also believe that even if we have some very good resources, but we haven't got a good Management to bring it all up to fruition, chances are that we will get nowhere fast.

There are quite a few companies out there that are a living proof of that.
