As I've said before: it all depends on concentrations. There's a hell of a lot of gold in the ocean, but you don't see people trying to extract it - it's too diffuse. In exactly the same way, if the concentration of REE isn't high enough, it won't matter that it's there - it'll cost too much to dig out.

Wednesday or Thursday is too soon. We need the proper lab analysis; simply pulling out the samples won't be good enough. Slow, but steady, steps, people - that's the way we want it. Jumping the gun will see a lot of broken hearts.
