Some will hold to lock in their 55cps but will have to wait to get their cash and in hope another bidder pops up, but time is running out for that. 55c is not what this offer should be but a lot will sell out to invest elsewhere because they want flexibility with their capital so they can grab an opportunity somewhere else in the market.....
