riverfish I'll be honest, I did pretty much pick a number out of thin air. But at the same time, I was using a figure that many goldies are running with at the moment.
That $600/oz - $900/oz OPEX range is about industry standard right now. I went slightly to the lower of this range given that MKO have said themselves that the production won't be too capital intensive.
By the way, just putting it out there...
MKO is now trading at an EV of $20/oz. The sector average for an explorer is over $100/oz. Hard to think the stock will ever be any cheaper than this!
