re: Ann: OCP: iSOFT Group and RJL Investments... however they note that Cohen is free to appeal the decision, but OCP state that THEY are free to deal with the shares as they please.
l am not sure if Cohen can have those shares suspended from voting pending an appeal. If not then OCP can vote the shares and the scheme should get the required 75%.
