Please find attached information released to the ASX yesterday providing a background on Mr. Dave Weisman and announcing his appointment to the EMT Board of Directors.

Mr. Weisman is a decorated US Air Force officer who brings with him a wealth of experience in launching and developing highly successful technology businesses. He holds several senior executive and Board level positions with US listed entities, including OTCBB, USurf and Eagle Broadband. His operational skills and internationally garnered operational experience will assist to position EMT for continued and aggressive growth in North America.
