There were no issues to my knowledge.
My understanding is that the ASX asked for a full info on the deal etc rather than that a deal was underway. It just took more time to pull everything into a form to announce.
Its not in the sexy mould of gold, oil, iron ore etc. But it is something in high global demand & can be accessed very quickly to give a cashflow. Dont need to wait for drilling.
