On reflection, I think it's fair to say that (contrary to media reports) no framework agreement has been signed (as confirmed by FWL announcement last Monday).
If anything, TaiFeng has put forward an "offer" to FWL which is subject to due diligence. FWL wouldn't be obliged to disclose an offer as it is part of the ongoing negotiation process.
Let's hope that FWL is happy with the terms of the offer and the Taifeng is satisfied with their due diligence.
