This is an excerpt from the announcement on 19th April ie right of way.

The process for permitting drilling on the State Lease blocks is through issuance of a
?Notice of Intent? to drill, which will be filed with the State of Utah?s Department of Oil,
Gas and Mining by 30th April 2011, and usually takes a month for processing ? following
which the company may drill in locations which have already had extensive survey for
flora, fauna, and archeological occurrences.

So could we be waiting a few weeks for the go ahead to drill??

Will a cap raising come immediately after the drill go ahead??
