2c ... that's a five- to seven-fold rise (depending on whether you're going from 0.4 or 0.3). Plausible, if the presence of a commercially viable REE ore is confirmed, and there's a solid plan in place to exploit said ore. Of course, at that point everybody will be exploiting the options, which will act as a modest brake on the price rise.
As for being where it is now if there's no REE: no, if there's no REE, it'll drop back to .1 cent per share. The only reason it's at .3/.4 right now is the possibility of REE; if that possibility goes, everybody that's in it for a strong return will race for the doors, and the share price will drop right back down. I guarantee it.
Let's keep cool heads here, folks; there's a lot of potential upside, but don't get carried away and forget about the potential downside that balances that upside. Cautious optimism, that's what I reckon is called for right now.
