    Seems to me like BRM management have almost conceded. No talk about ASIC, regulators etc in today's announcement, just more of the same babble about not accepting. Market seems to think so as well.

    Still, they may still pull a rabbit out of the hat, so I'm not getting too excited, for now at least.
