I take a more simplistic approach to this announcement....

Atleast management is doing something, without further dilution

All in all I hope it turns to be a good deal, but then again KZL will need extra funds to allocate to this project for drilling purposes.

The market will wake up on KZl's deal after commodoties strengthen and KZL actually shows results.

Anyway here's hoping to better times ahead
