    have bpo excised the option to earn 75% of the 5% that frontier gasfields have ? and the cost of drilling a deep water well is in the region of $50-60 million. However BPO got over 2 cent on the initial announcement of getting in on some action clearly 5 % will be worth alot if they actually hit something
