Wah Nam International Holdings Ltd acquired 3,794,037 shares of target Brockman Resources Ltd on May 9 and 10, 2011 as acceptances for its takeover bid, increasing from 61,935,690 shares (42.77%) to 65,729,727 shares (45.39%).
Spoke to Brockman and was told they know who these shares came from and pased info on to regulator.
