I am well aware of the provisions regarding "Oppressive Conduct of Affairs" and wrote about this in my HC post dated 28 December 2008.

Justice Young in the NSW Supreme Court said:
".... A number of incidents, which of themselves might be relatively trivial, when added together and superadded to significant incidents, may add up to a picture of oppression."

A number of incidents? Hmmmmm! Where do we start?
