Spoke to Grant.... The Chinese have the 50% they need as of late last night apparently. The options you have are to except and you will get 30.5 cents... They other option is to hang on and risk the company being de-registered, due to the lack of share holders,as a listed company thus making you a share holder in a private company.... this would make it very difficult to sell your shares... the worth company would be very hard to evaluate.
There will be an extension of 4 days to except the offer...
