SPP OR Diluting/issuing new shares OR selling assets:

The above three schemes cause the shareholders to loose money and the directors to get salaries for a longer time.

Does it matter which one they choose?

In the last 3 years the company raiased above 10 million$ + 7 million$ they had in cashe which is equal 17 milllion$
Now, they have 2 million $. Using a quick calculation: the company spent 15 million$ in less than 3 years! For what?

If this is not enough, they lost a major part of their main asset in TZ!

If this is not a proof that we have a scam, I do not know what is a scam!

These directors know how "things work" and they are in this game to suck our blood to the last drop and they will not have any shame of doing this. I hope shareholders will wake up. For me, this is about morality and about abuse, it is not about money anymore.
