As long as they disclose the amounts to shareholders in the financials, ASX doesn't care.
Shareholders should know by now how Anton and his crew operate. A heap of related party transactions exist!
At the end of the day, they are making money, share price and company value is way under its true value because of the way he/they operate so no major players buy the stock of TBR or RND.
But still goes up and will continue to do so as gold/silver goes up.
