I was thinking about the possibility of dilution however the trading halt request only mentions an acquisition, no reference to a capital raising so I can only presume that they'll use the existing cash at bank. You know, the second lot of money that was meant to fund Lidsey #2z.
This company went from having a couple of good assets with some cash to being a train wreck with a heap of non-performing assets.
