Positive comments with strong research are good for company, management and shareholders and fresh investors. As long as they are relevant to stock in question. One of the guy posted last week that he does not see any chance of drilling for two weeks. He was 100% right and right on his money.

I personally will feel there is an issue with rig operator and company. Most likely payment, terms and conditions, hence no drilling. But that is my wild guess with no substance to prove it one way or other.
